Apollon
Apollon is an application that generates low poly planets from different player input settings. You can then take a screenshot with a resolution of your choice and do whatever you want with the result.
Browse through an infinite array of different planets and listen to the relaxing ambient soundtrack. Enter your favorite number or the year of your birth as the seed to get your very own sequence of planets!
NOTE that the web player does NOT allow you to take screenshots or listen to the ambient sounds. To get the full experience download the windows executable!

Controls
- Left- and Right arrow keys to browse.
- H to enable or disable the user interface.
- R to refresh planet generation.
- P to take a screenshot (will not work in web player).
- Right mouse click to rotate camera.
- Scroll wheel to zoom.

I really enjoy this generator. The planets really spark the imagination in spite of (because of?) the low poly count.. Keep up the great work!

changing the seed does nothing. you can "refresh", but how do you "generate" a planet?
To apply a new seed you press enter while having the textbox selected. (might have to do it twice in some cases). My bad to not add a clear button to generate a new sequence. I'll make an updated version in the future.
it seems I have to hit enter twice every time (windows 10, chrome,firefox & edge). also when you enter too big a number you get "seed must be an integer". I think you should accept anything (build your seed digit by digit and let it wrap around its 32bits). even better yet, make a hash from actual text, so you can actually name the planet!
not sure you need another button if you can debug the text box. the dice button should also generate the planet though.

Thank you for the feedback! By the way, just in case you missed it, the seed does not generate one planet but an 'infinite' sequence of them. The idea is that you only write a seed once and then you scroll with the arrow keys. Glad you enjoyed it!
